How much notice do you need for Orders?
Please call well in advance to order a custom cake (at least 2 weeks) if possible, 3 week minimum for wedding cakes. We do have a max capacity on orders so please book your cake early to reserve your place on our baking schedule.
How do I order Wedding Cakes?
Call 512.550.6084 to get a quote and to set up your tasting appointment. All of our wedding cakes are priced per person. Pricing will vary based on amount of detail that will be put into our wedding cakes. We require half down nonrefundable nontransferable deposit to book your order. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
How do I order a Custom Cake?
Call or text 512.550.6084 to get a quote. All of our custom cakes are also priced per person. Pricing will vary based on amount of detail that will be put into your custom cake. A half nonrefundable nontransferable deposit payment is due when your cake is booked and the balance can be paid when you pick up your cake. We ask that cakes orders placed are done within 2 to 3 weeks of the event place an order for standard & custom carved cakes. We do have a max capacity on orders so please book your cake early to reserve your place on our baking schedule.
Deposits?
Cakes will not be put into production without payment of the total amount due. All payments must be made in advance of securing the slot and are non-refundable and non date transferable. Your deposit guarantees your place on our baking schedule and starts production needed to complete the order as well as purchasing supplies needed.
Changes to your order?
Custom cakes require advance planning and scheduling. If you find the need to change the size of the cake or the flavor please tell us one week prior to your pickup date. In most cases we will not be able to change your order the week of and additional charges may occur.
Do you have Cake Tasting available?
Yes we do. Tasting appointments can be booked for cakes of 50 people or more. There will be a $40 fee. 48 hours notice is required before booking a tasting. We also ask a 48 hour advance notice to cancel that appointment. 2 to 3 flavors are allowed for the tasting.
Appointment includes:
- Samples of all cake flavor requested and fillings available
- Personal consultation
Bonus: If you decide to book your custom cake (50 people or more) with us, the cost of your tasting appointment will be waived.
How can I pay for my cake?
Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, Cash will be accepted, Sorry no personal checks.

Do you Deliver?
Yes we do. Orders for delivery must be paid in full before date of delivery. Minimum order of $50 to be delivered unless special arrangements have been made with Kelly Marie. Delivery charges will vary depending on your cakes destination (delivery fee $5 per mile + tolls)
Caution: Many custom cakes require support systems that are inedible such as dowels, tooth picks, straws, wires, cardboard and/or Styrofoam. Please use caution when serving our cakes if there is any type of construction required to build your custom cake. If you have any questions or concerns please contact 512.550.6084.
